1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Shipping Options

Customers may select from the available shipping companies and delivery options shown at checkout. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times vary depending on the selected option and destination.

3. Order Processing

Orders are prepared and handed over to the selected shipping company within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days exclude Fridays, public holidays and official holidays in Saudi Arabia.

Orders placed during weekends, holidays, promotions or high-demand periods may require additional processing time.

4. Delivery Time

The delivery time displayed at checkout begins after the order has been handed to the shipping company.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • The customer’s location.
  • The selected shipping company.
  • Weather or operational delays.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Charges depend on the destination, shipment size and selected delivery option.

6. Tracking

Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive tracking information where available.

7. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a correct name, phone number and delivery address.

Additional shipping charges may apply where an order must be resent because of incorrect information, refusal to receive the shipment or repeated failed delivery attempts.

8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Customers should inspect the shipment upon delivery.

Any damaged, missing or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery, together with the order number and clear photographs of the product and shipping package.

9. Delivery Delays

Please contact us if an order is significantly delayed.

Where delivery is delayed beyond the period permitted under Saudi law, the customer may be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund. Saudi consumer guidance states that a customer may cancel where delivery is delayed by more than 15 days, subject to the applicable circumstances and agreed delivery period.
