2. Products

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images and prices. Product colours and packaging may differ slightly from images due to screen settings or manufacturer updates.

All collectible products are sold as sealed products unless clearly stated otherwise. We do not guarantee the contents, card rarity, grading outcome or resale value of any sealed product.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals and include VAT where applicable.

Orders must be paid using the payment methods available at checkout. An order is not confirmed until payment is successfully completed and confirmation is issued.

We may correct genuine pricing or technical errors before shipping. If an order is affected, the customer will be informed and offered cancellation and a full refund.

4. Orders

We may cancel or reject an order where:

  • The product is unavailable.
  • Payment is unsuccessful or suspected to be fraudulent.
  • The price or product information contains an obvious error.
  • The order violates these terms or applicable law.

If we cancel a paid order, the amount paid will be refunded.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date is confirmed.

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, failed delivery attempts or events outside our reasonable control.

Any significant delay will be handled in accordance with Saudi law. Saudi authorities have penalized stores for failing to address delayed orders and consumer cancellation requests.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy, subject to the Saudi E-Commerce Law.

Nothing in these terms limits a customer’s mandatory legal rights, including rights relating to defective, counterfeit, incorrect or materially misdescribed products.

7. Collectible Products

Products may contain randomly selected items. Purchasing a sealed product does not guarantee any specific item, rarity, value or financial return.

Minor factory imperfections in outer packaging that do not affect the sealed product may not qualify as product defects. This does not apply to materially damaged, opened, tampered-with or incorrectly described products.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate account, payment and delivery information.
  • Use the website only for lawful purposes.
  • Avoid fraud, misuse, unauthorized access or interference with the website.
  • Inspect orders promptly after delivery and report issues within the period stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The website’s name, logo, design, text, graphics and original content belong to Kshk.Store or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

Product names, images and trademarks belonging to manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners.

We may update, suspend or modify the website when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within [two business days] and resolve them within [seven business days], where reasonably possible.

The Ministry of Commerce currently treats clear shipping, delivery and complaint-handling policies as core e-store compliance criteria.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be handled by the competent authorities and courts in Saudi Arabia.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when necessary. Updates apply from the date they are published and do not reduce rights relating to orders already confirmed.
